The equipment cupboard will carry a basic inventory of goggles and caps. We do carry a very small selection of training/racing suits from previous years, but for the most part all suits will be ordered through Swim & Sports. The equipment committee has prepared the SLSC clothing catalogue for this season, with orders being completed by early October, and delivery anticipated in November . Warm-up suits are being ordered this year locally through Embroider-It-Design .
Members will be advised by email if a second order will be offered during the winter.
Please ensure your child is wearing the proper SLSC cap for their next swim meet. They are in stock at at cost of $7.00 for latex, and $15.00 for silicone. For any items ordered/purchased through the club, we do not accept direct payment, as these items will be charged to your account by the SLSC Treasurer. The Treasurer will be e-mailing statements to members on a regular basis, and you will see the charge appear there. Please pay the invoice by leaving your cheque in an envelope under the door of coach Dean's office (Laurentian swimming, room # B276), near the entrance to the deep end of the pool. Cheques are to be made payable to SLSC, and the envelope should be addressed to the TREASURER.
Individual Equipment orders
You can place individual equipment orders yourself directly with Swim and Sport, see www.swimandsports.com. or call 1-905-602-9159. Please indicate when you call that you are a member of Sudbury Laurentian Swim Club, so that you qualify for the team discount. Swim and Sports has traditionally come to Sudbury with their travelling store a couple of times per year, and we will advise you by email of these visits.
When ordering from Swim and Sport, you place the order, pay directly, and they will ship directly to you.
